Christine Lan (ACTRA, UDA STAGIERE)
As a young girl, Christine dreamed of being an Olympic athlete, ankle injuries prevented her from a future in figure skating, but led her to pursue her career as a professional actress. Working in both official languages, Christine can be seen in both English and French, notably in two episodes of the Aetios produced, "Sur-Vies”, working opposite Mariloup Wolfe and starring Pamela Anderson. Over the last year she has performed in five Francophone productions including, "District 31", “Catastrophe” and the popular series, “30 Vies”.
A graduate of Dawson College’s Professional Theatre Program, Christine is living her dream, working in Film, Television, Voice and Theatre. Her voice can be heard in Historica- Heritage’s, "Boat People”, and CBC’s "China's Sexual Revolution" in addition to the play, "400 Miles” staged in both Montreal and Vancouver.
Christine's memorable credits include working on Mamoru Oshii's live-action feature film "Garm Wars: The Last Druid”, where she spent over 3 weeks filming with many top professionals. Other appearances include Hallmark Channel's "Northpole: Open for Christmas” playing the role of Elf Bobbin, and she appeared in Universal Television's, "The Bold Type”.
