Jean-Alex Letourneau (ACTRA, UDA)

Native of Québec city, Jean-Alexandre began his career at the age of 14, acting in short films and corporate productions.  At age 17, after three years of training in an intensive juvenile program, he landed his first role in a full-length feature alongside Québécois legend Michel Côté in director Jean-Marc Vallée’s C.R.A.Z.Y. 

Over the years, J.A. was part of the cast of multiple productions, both for TV and film, working with acclaimed directors such as Maxime Giroux, Sylvain Archambault and Bruce Labruce.  In 2015, he obtained a certificate in screenwriting from l’Université Du Québec À Montréal. 

J.A. can be seen in Métafilms produced directorial debut of visual artist Karl Lemieux, “Maudite Poutine”.
