Ken Proulx (ACTRA, UDA STAGIERE)
Ken Proulx is a Montreal based Producer & Actor, who held a recurring role on the Canadian Screen Award winning APTN series, Mohawk Girls, into its fifth season. He has also lent his voice to many commercials including Club Med, Economax and Subway, in addition to working with Ubisoft Entertainment on several of their games. Ken also appeared in a leading role in the French series, Sioux-Bacon, and has worked on Blue Moon and 30 vies, as well as episodes of Bravo’s Canadian Screen Award winner series, 19-2, ABC's Quantico and CBC’s dramatic series, Bellevue.
Ken is currently producing a feature film with EMA Films Executive producer Anne-Marie Gélinas, written and to be Directed by Tracey Deer (mohawk Girls). The script has recently received the support of the Harold Greenberg Fund, and SODEC for the next phase of development.
From 2006-2010 Ken also worked as Production Coordinator at Instinct Films, and Intuitive Pictures for International Producer Ina Fichman. At Instinct/Intuitive, Ken worked closely with Ina Fichman throughout the development and production stages of many quality International documentaries and feature films, such as; Mall ‘R’Us (Directed by Helene Klowdawsky), Mabul (Director: Guy Nattiv), Short and Male (Director: Howard Goldberg).
Ken is originally from Gatineau QC, and is proud to make his home in Montreal and Quebec, where he would like to continue to work and produce quality content in this beautiful city.
