nadia verrucci (Actra, Equity)

Nadia, a proud graduate of the John Abbott College Creative Arts/Theatre Workshop program, has been working as an actor, singer, director and choreographer in Montreal for 20 years. Nadia was in the feature film, "The Brothers Grimm: Snow White" over the course of 6 weeks, playing opposite Oscar winner, Julia Roberts. 

Theatre roles include Neva Esposito in the world premiere of Vittorio Rossi’s Carmela's Table (Centaur Theatre), Mary Dale in The Jazz Singer (Segal Centre), Florence Foster Jenkins in Souvenir (CETM), Diane Arbus in Fruits Unheard Of (Small Pond Productions), Amy in Company (Second Company) and Cassie in A Chorus Line (One Foot Productions). 

Nadia is also in demand as a choreographer, working in the past with Dames in Disdress Burlesque and more recently with The Dukes of Drag. 

As a film/voice actor, credits include The Hunger, Time at the Top, Whistleblower’s Anonymous, Assassin’s Creed 2, AC: Brotherhood, Mona the Vampire, and 5 years as the Gala Announcer for the Just for Laughs Festival, in addition to recording several video game productions with Ubisoft. 

And because all that other stuff isn’t enough to keep her busy, Nadia is the Artistic Director of her own theatre company, In Your Face entertainment, whose productions include SING!, Red Vs. The Wolf  and The Wild Party.  Nadia will be shooting CTV/ NBC Universal's, The Disappearance.
