Melia Cressaty

Melia’s most recent endeavour was playing the role of Kacey In the Lifetime movie Christmas Ever After to be released December 2020.  Her other screen credit includes a short film thriller, yet to be released, entitled They’re Here.   

Her theatre experience has been; playing the lead role of Charlie in her school's production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in 2019.  In Fall 2018, Melia kicked off the 54th season of Lakeshore Players Dorval’s production of The Miracle Worker, portraying the iconic and historical leading role of Helen Keller.  

From 2015-2018, Melia had been studying with Theatre West Productions and played the lead roles in both their productions of Cinderella and The Wizard of Oz, in addition to her premiere as Frenchie/Ms. Lynch in the musical, Grease.   

Melia is currently in grade 8 in the IB and French as a first language programs. Melia has always been drawn to acting and wishes to pursue theatre studies in Cegep/University while continuing to follow her dreams in the present, auditioning for Film, Television and Theatre productions in Montreal.
